FAQs

Check out some common questions I receive that you may have as well:

Q: How much does it cost to work with you?

A: I offer a few different options, from one-time appointments to longer-term packages

The one-time appointments range from $150 for the initial assessment, $80-$100 for follow up appointments, and $150- $250 for meal planning. Since everything I do is custom to meet your individual needs, I will share exact recommendations and cost options after your first appointment.

Packages range from a monthly subscription of $150 per month (not including the initial consultation) to a three-month commitment (with initial nutrition assessment and meal planning) of $750.

The ranges depend on time needed to help meet your specific goals, and I will always explain costs upfront before we proceed.

Q: Do you accept insurance?

A: In general, no I do not bill your insurance directly. If your insurance does cover medical nutrition therapy I can provide  the paperwork to submit this.

However, if you have diabetes or chronic renal insufficiency and are covered by Medicare part B your services may be covered. We can check out this option.

Q: Where is your office located? Do you offer in person or telehealth options?

A: I am a telehealth only provider. I have a HIPPA secure telehealth portal that is very easy to use. I also walk you through any concerns with connecting. I find this to be the most convenient way for my clients to attend our sessions.
